Permanente make-up means that eyeliners, lip liners or eyebrows are applied permanently. During sports, when you come out of the sea or pool on holiday, when you get up in the morning, in bad weather and even when you shed a little tear during a romantic movie – your make-up will remain intact at all times. In the mornings, the afternoons and the evenings – always a perfect look.  Even when all other make-up is removed your face won’t be ‘bare’, as the applied accents will give you the appearance and expression you want. Since 1st July, 2007 a licence is required to permit the application of permanent make-up. This means that the GGD will conduct an inspection in the salon, and that the salon must conform to all requirements for health and safety as well as hygiene.
